What we do
Inclara provides administrative patient advocacy: we prepare and submit insurance coverage requests (network gap exceptions and single case agreements) on a client's behalf. We are not a law firm, attorney, insurance broker or adjuster, or healthcare provider, and we do not provide legal, insurance, or medical advice.
No guarantee
Coverage decisions are made by insurers and cannot be guaranteed. Nothing on this site is a promise of any outcome.
The service is governed by a separate agreement
Website content is general information. If you engage us, our services are governed by a separate written Services Agreement, which controls in any conflict with these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use this site and our services.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Inclara and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the website is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. (Liability under an actual engagement is governed by the Services Agreement.)

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
